Returns Policy
Not in love with your purchase? No problem! We make returns simple with our 30-day, free return and exchange policy, starting from the date your product is delivered. You’re eligible for a full refund on items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of cosmetic marks, stains or body odors, and have their original tags attached.
Once a return or exchange is accepted by the Orso team, a prepaid return label will be sent to the email address provided to initiate the process.

- Items discounted by 30% or more are considered final sale. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be marked 'Final Sale' on the product page.
- Orso reserves the right to refuse returns on items not in sellable condition; any such items will be returned at your expense.
Please note that returns and exchanges are available only for orders within Canada and the USA. Orders from Canada and the USA can be returned or exchanged once per order. For exchange inquiries, please contact us at hello@orsoactivewear.com.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing and up to 5 business days for the refund to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the shipping address provided is inaccurate.
Customs & Duties Information
Orders from Canada and the USA are free from duties or customs charges. For orders outside North America, any applicable duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Outside of North America
Unfortunately, orders outside the U.S. and Canada are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy
- 1.Shipping Timeframes: Orders placed through our online store will be processed and prepared for shipment within [1-2] business days. Please allow up to [5] business days for standard shipping and [7] business days for shipping to the United States.
- 2.Shipping Options and Costs: We offer multiple shipping options for both domestic and international orders:
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- Standard Shipping: $8
- Express Shipping: $12
Free Shipping: Available for orders totaling 100CAD or more (subtotal after discounts and before taxes)
International Shipping (United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom):
- Standard Shipping: $8
- Free International Shipping: Available for orders totaling 80USD or more (subtotal after discounts and before taxes)
- Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by our shipping fees.
- 3.Shipping Process: Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, our team will process and package your items for shipment. We collaborate with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
- 4.Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will enable you to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date of your package.
- 5.Shipping Addresses: It is essential to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- 6.Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to modify your order or cancel it, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations might not be feasible if the order has already been processed for shipment.
- 7.Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our specified shipping timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, carrier delays, or other factors could occasionally lead to delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate your understanding.
