My Order

You can track your order either by logging into your Orso account or using the tracking number sent to your email after the order is placed.

If you can't find your order confirmation, please reach out to our support team by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ page.

We value your feedback and are here to address any issues you may be experiencing with your product. Kindly visit our 'Contact Us' page, send us a message and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

If you realized you have made a mistake after placing your order, please log into your Orso account to make the necessary changes.

Did you purchase it as a guest? In that case, please reach out to our customer service team via the ‘Contact Us’ page. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Please note any changes have to be made within 24 hours, after which your order is more than likely to be shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

We provide free shipping within Canada for orders over 100 CAD before taxes, and within the USA for orders over 80 USD before taxes.

Standard shipping: $8 for orders under $100

Express shipping: $12

If you reside outside of Canada, please be advised that additional duties may apply as we ship from Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to offer you a 30 day sweat test: you can try out our leggings during all your favourite activities with peace of mind. If you are not fully satisfied after this try-out period, you can return the products, free of charge. Please include the original tags in your return parcel.

Please allow 3-7 business days for refunds to be processed once it is received. The refunded amount will cover only the cost of the merchandise, excluding any original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order.

Payments and Discount Codes

Orso accepts all major credit cards and also offers you the flexibility to pay in installments.

Only one special promotion, discount link, reward offer, or referral code may be applied per order. This includes special promotions such as seasonal sales or the referral program.
